During 2022-23, we have:
• Advised 21,546 people about 107,141 problems, marking a significant increase on issues handled compared to last year
• Helped our clients claim £16,396,107 worth of Benefits
• Achieved £3,531,149 in debt write offs for our clients
• Supported 4,824 people with Universal Credit issues, through our Help to Claim service and through other channels
• Started work on the National Debt Advice Hub in February
• Re-modelled the North Shields premises creating more office space to accommodate our ever expanding team of paid staff and volunteers
